Delete your BJJ Mind Map account
Published by KDHT Enterprises LLC ("we"). This page works without signing in or reinstalling
the app, as required by Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app (immediate)
- Open BJJ Mind Map and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Type
DELETE to confirm.
This runs immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — request deletion by email (no app or sign-in needed)
Email support@kdht.cloud
from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my BJJ Mind Map account". We'll verify
you own the account and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Mind maps, notes, and journal entries you created
- Belt, stripe, and promotion history
- Any subscription record tied to your account (store billing is cancelled separately through
Apple/Google, not by this request)
What we retain, and for how long
- Nothing identifying you — all personal data above is removed from active systems within 30 days.
- Backups: deleted data rolls out of encrypted backups on our normal backup-retention cycle
(up to 35 days), after which no copy of your data remains.
- Aggregate, de-identified usage stats that never identified you individually are not affected.
