Privacy Policy

Draft for review by KDHT Enterprises LLC before store submission. Last updated: October 2026.

BJJ Mind Map ("the App") is published by KDHT Enterprises LLC ("we"). Contact: support@kdht.cloud.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, display name, and the sign-in provider you choose (email, Google, Apple, Microsoft). We never receive your provider password.
• Content you create: mind maps, notes, journal entries, belt and promotion history, competition and match records, attached video/image links.
• AI Coach: messages you send to the coach are processed by a third-party language-model provider to generate a reply. We do not store message bodies; we store a per-day message count to enforce limits.
• Technical data: basic diagnostics needed to keep the service running. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To provide the App, sync your data across devices, let you share maps you choose to share, enforce usage limits, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

Maps are visible only to you and people you share them with. Service providers (hosting on Microsoft Azure, database/auth on Supabase, the AI model provider, and subscription handling through the Apple App Store / Google Play) process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

Your controls

You can export your maps as JSON and delete your account inside the App (Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes your account and its data. You can also request deletion without the app: see our account deletion page. You may also email support@kdht.cloud.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13.

Health note

The AI Coach provides training ideas, not medical advice. See a qualified professional for injuries.

Changes

We will post updates on this page.
